Delete your Pally account
Pally (package bd.pally.app) lets you delete your account and its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Pally and sign in.
- Open the Me tab → Deactivate or delete account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app
Send a message from the Support chat on any phone where you can sign in, or ask a Pally agent, with your Pally ID and the phone number or e-mail of the account. We confirm it is your account and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, photos, cover, Moments, stories, Pullups, comments and reactions.
- Your messages and media in your chats, your rooms and your verification selfie / video.
What may be kept
- Payment and withdrawal records, and safety / fraud logs, for as long as Bangladeshi law requires (usually up to 5 years).
- Unused coins and earnings are lost when an account is deleted — withdraw your Earning first.
